The BM340 system is a fully automated solution designed by Brosiomeccanica for the continuous production of polyurethane pillows, both conventional and viscoelastic (memory foam). Thanks to its configuration with 20 aluminum molds arranged on a radial rotating platform, BM340 ensures high productivity, product uniformity, and a significant reduction in cycle times.

Designed to meet market demands for flexibility, the system allows the production of pillows with different sizes and densities within the same production cycle. Its modular structure also enables easy integration with existing dosing and foaming systems, making BM340 a scalable and customizable solution.

The entire work cycle is fully automated and includes mold preparation, high-pressure dosing and mixing, precise polyurethane injection, controlled polymerization, and pillow extraction, followed by cleaning, talc application, and final calendering. Digital control via PLC and touchscreen ensures precise process management and consistent repeatability.
