CUSHION AND PILLOW PRODUCTION AND PACKING LINE - Bestfoam

The pillow filling installation is an assembly consisting of several interconnected equipment that together ensure a productivity of 150 ÷ 300 kg/hour, for filling pillows with various materials such as: polyester fiber, ground sponge, mixture of ground sponge with polyester fiber, shredding from quilted materials and so on.

A second line for packaging ensures the compressing and rolling of the pillows.

FOAM SHREDDER. Recycling of foam, used as filling materials or rebound foam. No dust generated when cutting.

FIBER OPENER. Specialized in opening conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber, wool and wadding fiber waste. 

BLOWER. With a strong enough suction power, it can suck the materials and convey them into the mixer.

MIXER. Suitable for mixing materials such as fiber, foam, and feather. Ensures uniform suction and unblocked filling process.

FILLING MACHINE. Suitable for long and short fibers and soft materials. Easy operation with foot control.

WEIGHING TABLE. Allows workers to see the weight of the pillow in time and make weight adjustments.

PILLOW COVER PACKING MACHINE. Intended for packing pillow cases. , using pillow covers or plastic bags.

PILLOW VACUUM COMPRESS & ROLL PACKING MACHINE. Used for pillows, cushions automatic packaging.
