INTERCOLL D 3387 is a water-based acrylic adhesive developed for the mattress industry, designed to ensure maximum production efficiency and sustainability. Free from solvents and chloroprene rubber (CR), it represents a safe and high-performance alternative to conventional systems.

Thanks to its “drying adhesive” technology, it enables direct packaging without intermediate storage, minimizing residual moisture and speeding up production. It provides excellent immediate adhesion on a wide range of substrates, including low surface energy materials.

Combined with INTERCOLL D 4560, it introduces the Smart Cleaning concept, reducing roller cleaning time by up to 90%.

With over 50% biogenic carbon content and recognized environmental certifications, INTERCOLL D 3387 actively contributes to reducing environmental impact.
