SIMALFA® 475 SGT

SIMALFA® 475 SGT is our Smart Glue Technology adhesive for highly efficient foam bonding in one sided roller application. Its water based, CR free formulation allows exceptionally low coat weights, dries very fast and delivers excellent initial tack and high flexibility, even on challenging viscoelastic foams. This helps you reduce material and process costs, keep using your existing equipment and manufacture durable, comfortable products that meet today's requirements in productivity, safety and sustainability.

SIMALFA® 981-PU

SIMALFA® 981-PU is a halogen free PU dispersion adhesive for foam bonding in roller application. Its water based, pressure sensitive formulation provides very good wet tack, high flexibility and pronounced heat resistance without yellowing, while allowing very low coat weights and excellent initial grab. This enables you to reduce material and process costs, integrate the adhesive easily into existing production lines and manufacture future ready mono material mattresses for pure PU recycling that combine quality, efficiency and sustainability.

KulKote®

KulKote is an intelligent water based, temperature regulating coating for mattresses and upholstered products that contains special microcapsules with phase change material. These microcapsules absorb excess body heat and release it again as the surface cools, keeping the surface comfortably balanced. KulKote is available in variants such as KulKote 100, Carbon, Lavender, Ceramic and Copper and can be tailored to your collection. KulKote is supplied exclusively by SIMALFA and produced in Europe. Manufacturers increase the perceived comfort of their products without changing processes and create a strong point of sale story around perfect sleep comfort.

SIMALFA® Debonding

SIMALFA® Debonding Adhesive is a water based, peelable foam adhesive for mattress production and is unique in this form on the market. Throughout the full service life of the mattress it holds the layers securely together, even under load. At the end of life the bond can be released in a controlled way so that the individual materials can be separated cleanly and recycled. The adhesive is applied one sided by roller at very low coat weights. This allows you to make mattresses recyclable without compromising quality and comfort or fundamentally changing existing processes.

ALFAMELT®

ALFAMELT is a versatile hotmelt range from SIMALFA that covers almost every requirement in mattress, upholstery and packaging production. From high speed EVA and PO grades to pressure sensitive PSAs and innovative APAO types, all products are designed for low coat weights and consistent bonding performance. Recycling ready 100 percent PP and PES hotmelts as well as bio based options support mono material constructions and pure material streams. This enables manufacturers to build efficient, future proof products that balance cost, performance and sustainability.

SIMALFA® 481

SIMALFA® 481 is a chlorine free, one component water based dispersion adhesive for solvent free, non yellowing bonding of foams and upholstery materials in the furniture industry. It provides very good wet tack, high initial strength directly after spraying without additional drying time and high heat resistance. Its formulation allows one sided or double sided application at low coat weights with corresponding cost savings and can be easily integrated into existing spray lines. This way you achieve stable, durable bonds, support a low product carbon footprint and rely on a chlorine free solution for modern upholstery and furniture.
