PRESSING PHASE

One of the most delicate and complex stages of processing which allows you to perform wood bending, gluing and stamping operations. The operation of gluing presses is based on the juxtaposition of the lower plane with the upper one through an hydraulic movement. Thanks to the electromagnetic induction process, the wood heats up and takes shape according to our needs, polymerizing with glue and creating a solid structure with the shape defined by the mold used. We have presses of various sizes and powers, useful for making bends of any size. Molds intended for series production are made in-house.

FINISHING PHASE

Sanding and finishing, together with assembly, constitute the most artisanal part of the workings in which our expert carpenters proceed with sanding, gleaning, edging and studding operation. Dedicated tools and manual care allow you to calibrate and level the surfaces of the elements to ensure the highest finishing detail.

The products are packaged and prepared for shipment with the utmost care, ensuring their integrity during the transport phase. Rationalization of footprint volumes minimizes transportation costs and makes storage more effective.

CONTOURING PHASE

Allows you to perform any cutting, drilling and engraving work of the panel. After an initial phase of ideation and delineation on an electronic medium, we move on to the transfer of data from the computer to the pantograph.

The use of latest generation technology allows for the optimization of raw material consumption, minimizing waste even when creating the most complex shapes.

CNC silhouettes and programs are made in-house by our qualified staff.
