foam.hybrid verde THE POWER OF RENEWABLE RAW MATERIALS

foam.hybrid verde foams combine the advantages of viscoelastic and high resilience foam due to their gel-like pressure distribution and excellent resilience. The result is an innovative product that provides a restful night’s sleep and ensures high mobility. The foams in the foam.hybrid verde series consist of about 20% castor oil and hence of a raw material that can be used directly from plants without further chemical processing steps. foam.comfort cellpur highly resilience foams stand out due to excellent moisture management. The integrated bio-based TENCEL™ cellulose particles provide double the moisture absorption of comparable PU foams and sustainably and naturally reduce perspiration and bed mites. 80% repolyol foam – 100% comfort: The most sustainable PU mattress concept in the world.

Preserving resources. Protecting the environment. Here at NEVEON, we regard the recycling of mattresses as a major step towards a sustainable circular economy. In tandem with our partner BASF, we have reached an important milestone. BASF has successfully developed an innovative recycling method to reclaim high-quality repolyol from used mattresses. Here at NEVEON, we managed to process this repolyol on an industrial scale into high-quality foam blocks with a recycled polyol content of 80 percent. Using no adhesives, we then combined this foam with mass-balanced foam to produce the world’s most sustainable PU mattress concept. For good sleep and a healthy environment.
