BESTFOAM is a private Romanian company, founded in 2010, with activities of manufacturing industrial knives for cutting materials, forming and processing of PU foams, distribution of machinery for PU foam industry, mattresses and sofas, textiles.

BAND KNIVES

Made of superior steel and using high technology, the knives are manufactured according to the specific profiles and dimensions of your machines. They can be used to cut materials such as: foam (flexible, memory, latex, semi-rigid), paper, clothes, EVA, EPDM.

FOAMING

We inject foam parts for industrial applications like automotive, packaging, medicals, sports. We develop prototypes and parts for small or large mass production projects.

FOAM CUTTING

We cut various profiles and sizes of foam for applications like upholstery, mattresses, bedding, automotive, construction, medical, sports and recreation industries.

EQUIPMENT

Designed to cut any geometric profile, from complex 2-D to simple 3-D geometric profiles.

Suitable for: cutting sponge pillows, mattress waves, sofas and seat bags, backrests, armrests and other special shaped contour products.

·       Oscilating knife CNC cutting models for medium and flexible production

·       Continuous knife CNC cutting models, for large production, high productivity.

·       Wire CNC cutting machines, for semi-rigid, hard materials.

Equipped with a friendly interface, the software provides automatic nesting calculation and cutting path optimization solutions for the foam cutting industry. The system supports general AutoCAD drawings.

Intended for production of mattresses, streamline the mattress packaging process, optimize storage, and reduce transportation costs

·       Mattress/Foam blocks compressing and rolling machines – for optimizing shape and size of mattresses/foam blocks

·       Mattress gluing machines – for applying glue to mattresses.

·       Packing machines – for management of transport.

The machines are designed in a modular concept, so that they can be arranged in different lines, that can be built according to the specific need of customers.
