Laminated polyurethane

Our laminated products are made by coupling polyurethane foam with velvets or nonwoven fabric (TNT) through thermofusion. They are available in thicknesses from 3 to 20 mm and in standard widths of 150/160 and 180 cm.

Velvets come in a range of colors and weights and can be printed on request. Selected items are fire retardant and certified to BS 5852, TB-117 and Class 1IM standards.

Custom fabrics and velvets

Our fabrics and velvets can be customized to meet your requirements. We offer sample dyeing, logo printing directly on velvets, and a range of finishing treatments, including brushing, sanforizing, flame-retardant treatment, and silicone coating for an anti-slip effect.

Water-repellent and draining fabrics

Our water-repellent fabrics are available with different specifications and are designed to cover standard polyurethane foams. They are treated to let water run off the surface and are all tested according to UNI EN ISO 4920:2013.

Draining fabrics, by contrast, are engineered to cover open-cell foams, allowing water to pass through and dry quickly.

Certified laminated resinate fibers

Our line of laminated resinate fibers offers products with weights ranging from 60 to 350 gsm, available in widths of 150 or 210 cm. Fibers are laminated to a variety of supports, including velvets, nonwoven fabric (TNT), and cotton canvas, and can be customized according to client requirements. Selected items are fire retardant and certified to BS 5852, Class 1IM, and TB-117 standards.

We also offer laminates with thermobonded and/or silicon-treated fibers, which provide enhanced softness. This range features weights from 100 to 450 gsm, with widths of 150 or 225 cm. Flame-retardant versions are also available here, certified to BS 5852, Class 1IM, and TB-117 standards.

Drill Anti-Slip fabric

Drill Anti-Slip is an evolution of the classic cotton bottom fabric, designed to improve sofa stability. It retains the same durable Drill base but adds an anti-slip silicone print that helps hold the structure firmly in place. The total weight is approximately 230 gsm, delivering greater consistency without sacrificing flexibility.

Certified 100% cotton fabrics

We offer 100% cotton fabrics in white, breathable, and comfortable, in 200 and 210 gsm weights, available in 160 or 205 cm widths. A fire-retardant version is also available, certified to BS 5852 and TB-117:2013.

We also offer polyester/cotton blends in 120 and 135 gsm, combining softness and strength, available in a flame-retardant version as well. The range is completed by a selection of fire-retardant fabrics certified to BS 5852 and TB-117:2013.
