3D Border/climate border

Climatic borders located on the outside of the covers of high-quality mattresses. A special spacer fabric is used in their manufacture, which is characterised by thermo-regulating and moisture-equalising properties. In this way, the aeration and ventilation (cross-ventilation) of the mattress  is further promoted and supported.

This special Pressless product are manufactured in Germany. The straight, parallel edges of the strips and their low elasticity offer very good manufacturing properties.

3D Spacer AIR

The products in this premium group " 3D-Spacer AIR " are characterised by a very high number of spacer "pile threads". Their speciality lies in their exceptionally good compressive stress deformation properties and their high point elasticity. These items are available in standard thicknesses from 20 mm to 45 mm. They are supplied in customised sheets with a maximum dimension of 2,200 x 2,200 mm.

3D Spacer COM

In this versatile product group, the design features of the two surfaces take centre stage. Specific variations, different materials and material combinations allow, among other things, a multi-coloured design of the textile structures. These items are available as standard in thicknesses of 2 to 9 mm and widths of 130-245 cm. They are supplied in rolls.
