A standard machine on Teknomac range. This mattress border machine automatically quilts borders up to 50 cm high. Create multiple patterns, also with 360° design, directly via touch screen selection. It enables the application of 3D fabrics, two decorative tapes, and two zippers (divisible or continuous). Precision and high productivity.

HANDLE ATTACHERS MACHINE (HORIZONTAL/VERTICAL)

The handle attachers machine can sew automatically both horizontal and vertical handles on the border. It also inserts vents, marks the corners, measures and cuts the border to size. It can apply the label, sewn on four sides. The height of the handle can be automatically adjusted according to the border. It can work both in combination with a Teknomac border machine and with an automatic border closing machine. Precision and high productivity.

BORDER MACHINE

Automatically creates special embossed designs on the border giving it a three-dimensional effect. The machine can operate independently or can be integrated with a handle-attachers machine. It produces quilted borders up to 50 cm high.

ROLL PACK MACHINE

Automatic machine for wrapping, pressing, folding and rolling up mattresses of any type (spring, foam, latex or viscoelastic) and of any size.

Wrapper machine with new technology welding bars equipped with electronic control. Automatic film side trim for a neat finished packaged mattress.
Heavy duty press up to 60 metric tons that can work mattresses of maximum size 220x220 cm.
Folding of the mattress in 2 or 3 sections. Adjustment of the rolling diameter. High productivity.

PACKAGING CLOSURE DEVICE

The system makes an accurate fold inwards of the extra packaging material (paper/nylon), creating a neat candy-wrap' closure. The process is completed with the automatic application of customized labels on the sides, which serve as both a security seal and a space for branding/information. Perfect finishing for rolled mattresses.
