Filling cushions

This innovative system loads the shells automatically, accurately pre-weights the loose materials, which are blown into the product. The item is then sewed and labelled at the same time with no delays thanks to a back-up station for non-stop production. Upstream the machine is connected to our raw material processing line, and downstream it can be connected to our shaking and packaging machines.

The output of the entire line is approx. 10 pcs/minute depending on product size. Only one supervisor can run the entire system.

Being the line modular, it is possible to evaluate which standard of automation is required.

Roll-pack

These machines can roll home textile and bedding products such as pillows, decorative pillows, inners, foam core pillows, toppers, mattress covers, and quilts.

The products can be bagged individually or in stacks through multiple bagging (multipack), then pressed and heat-sealed to achieve rolled packaging. This reduces transportation and storage costs and the use of plastic.

In addition to using plastic as the packaging material, these machines can also use different materials such as biodegradable plastic or recycled paper.

Flat-pack

These machines can pack, box, bag, fold, stack, and roll home textile and bedding products such as pillows, decorative pillows, interiors, foam core pillows, toppers, mattress covers, quilts, comforters, and comforters.

Products can be bagged individually or in stacks by multiple bagging (multipack), then pressed and heat-sealed to achieve flat vacuum packaging. This reduces transportation and storage costs and the use of plastic.

Our machines can also be used in the garment industry and industrial laundries.

Automatic cover making machine

EC-500 EASY COVER is a fully automatic machine for the production of cushion and pillow covers.

It works with two rolls of fabric for maximum efficiency and performance. The two layers of fabric are overlapped and sewn with overlock and linear or ultrasonic heads.

A label can be inserted during the side seam.

The fourth side of the cover can be left open for bagging a roll of carded fiber or can be partially closed to make it suitable for filling with loose raw materials.

QUILTS FOLDING LINE

The line allows the folding of quilts in various sizes and patterns and their packaging in various ways:

- individual folded in welded or unwelded envelope,

- in zippered envelope,

- in multiple packaging.

- with bedding set

- with brochure or leaflet

The process ensures the highest quality standard of the packaged product, reducing the number of operators required. Since the line is modular, different automation standards can be evaluated.
